Heidi - my dear friend for decades.  Sometimes painting people I know well is very difficult - so many head games going on!  But got lucky with this one.  This painting really flowed off the brush AND its a real good likeness.  thanks you Schwiegs

dropped this one - smudged the chin, below is a quick little 6x6" which I like so much more than the first.  BTW - this is Kate Huntington , who is the artist who has been hosting the painting group I go to and is a great artist in her own right - check out some of her work HERE.
